Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 6 August 2026
Please read these terms

These Terms and Conditions apply when you use meebow.shop or purchase a product from Meebow. They explain how orders are formed, paid for, delivered, returned and refunded.

1. About Meebow

Meebow is a UK sole-trader business selling unisex bracelets through meebow.shop.

2. Scope of these terms

These terms apply to purchases made through our website by customers in the United Kingdom. Please read them before placing an order.

By submitting an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a contract and that the information you provide is complete and accurate.

3. Products

We take reasonable care to describe and display our bracelets accurately. Product pages provide relevant information about materials, design, dimensions and fit where applicable.

Colours and surface details may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting and natural variation in materials. Such reasonable variations do not change the product’s essential description.

Meebow does not currently offer personalised or custom-made bracelets.

4. Product availability

Products displayed as in stock are intended to be available for purchase. Availability may change, including where stock records contain an error or multiple customers attempt to purchase the final item.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any applicable payment. We are not required to supply a substitute product.

5. Prices

Product prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Meebow is not currently registered for UK VAT, so VAT is not separately charged or displayed.

Standard UK delivery is free. The full amount payable will be shown before you submit the order.

We may change prices at any time, but a later price change will not affect an order already accepted by us.

6. Pricing or listing errors

We try to ensure that product descriptions and prices are correct. However, errors may occasionally occur.

If an obvious pricing or listing error affects your order, we may contact you before acceptance to ask whether you wish to continue at the correct price or cancel the order. We will refund any payment if the order is cancelled.

7. Placing an order

The website allows you to review and correct your basket and checkout information before submitting the order. It is your responsibility to check that the products, quantities, email and delivery address are correct.

Clicking the final payment or order button submits an offer to purchase the products in your basket. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

8. Order acceptance

A binding contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch of the order. Each accepted order forms a separate contract.

We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance for reasons including unavailable stock, unsuccessful payment, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, incorrect information or an obvious pricing error.

9. Payment

We currently accept payment through PayPal. Available PayPal funding options may depend on your PayPal account and location.

Payment must be authorised before an order can be processed. PayPal may apply its own terms and privacy practices to the transaction.

10. UK delivery

We deliver only to valid addresses within the United Kingdom. Standard delivery is free and orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Ready-to-ship orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days and estimated to arrive within 3–5 working days from the order date. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.

11. Delivery address and failed delivery

You must provide an accurate and complete delivery address. Contact us immediately if you identify an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing begins.

If a parcel cannot be delivered because of inaccurate information, refusal, failure to collect or another circumstance attributable to the recipient, contact us so that the available next steps can be assessed.

12. Ownership and risk

Responsibility for the products passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person you nominate to receive them. Ownership passes after full payment has been received.

13. Cancellation rights

Consumers purchasing online normally have the legal right to notify us that they wish to cancel an eligible order within 14 days after receiving it, without providing a reason.

Meebow additionally offers an eligible 30-day return period. Return conditions, instructions and cancellation wording are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

14. Returns and refunds

Eligible UK returns are free when customers follow the return process and use the return method provided or approved by Meebow.

Once an eligible return has been received, inspected and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. Payment-provider processing time may apply afterwards.

15. Faulty or incorrectly described products

Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Contact us if you believe an item is faulty, damaged or materially different from its description.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights or any remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Promotions and discount codes

Any promotion or discount code is subject to its stated conditions, availability and expiry date. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined or exchanged for cash.

We may withdraw a promotion that contains an obvious error or is being used fraudulently or contrary to its stated conditions.

17. Customer accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for providing accurate information.

Notify us if you suspect unauthorised account activity. We may suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the website or Meebow.

18. Website use

You must not:

  • Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to interfere with the website’s security or operation.
  • Introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorised access.
  • Copy or commercially exploit website content without permission, except where the law allows.

19. Intellectual property

The website’s branding, written content, graphics, layout and original photographs belong to Meebow or are used with appropriate permission. They are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Access to the website does not grant ownership or permission to reuse this material commercially.

20. Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to third-party services such as PayPal, Royal Mail or external websites. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for unrelated content or services controlled by third parties, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

21. Our responsibility

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Products sold through this website are intended for personal consumer use. We are not responsible for business losses such as lost profits, revenue or commercial opportunities where the purchase was made as a consumer transaction.

22. Events outside reasonable control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event materially affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the delay and communicate where appropriate.

Your statutory rights, including rights relating to substantially delayed delivery, remain unaffected.

23. Personal information

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

24. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services, operations or legal obligations. The terms applicable to an order are normally those published when the order was submitted.

25. Governing law

These terms and contracts with Meebow are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts applicable to where they live in the United Kingdom where consumer law permits.
